INSTRUCTIONS
When you are applying for our grant, please keep in mind that this is like filling out a resume for a job after college. Many factors, such as neatness, spelling, and presentation are important to show the committee you are the right person to receive the grant. We hope this will be a forerunner for your preparation in applying for future goals in your life.

#2 - Grant winners will be allowed to receive other awards for education in the amount of $2000.00 in addition to our grant total that is awarded to them

#3 - We encourage that this grant be offered to students who will not receive other large scholarships to continue their education. We hope that our grant will fulfill the void for a student who needs extra financial help in their education.

#4 - Faculty Recommendations: The form area where we require faculty input, we ask that student names not be used. The reasoning is so that the selection committee only sees the Code Number assigned to the student on the top of the form. This will eliminate any favoritism, if selectors should recognize the family. ***No recommendations or grade attachments, please.

#5 - Selection Category: Vocational information - Please answer all questions regarding your vocational past and future.

#6 - Student Input: This area of our form gives the student a chance to interact with the committee members regarding their personal objectives and the need for financial help while they continue their education.
Please consider this section as an example of a personal resume that you will be filling out when applying for future job opportunities.
